Nancy Lee Miller, 70, of Millsboro, Delaware passed away on Tuesday, February, 23, 2010 at the Beebe Medical Center in Lewes, Delaware. Mrs. Miller was born on December 2, 1939 in Lewes, Delaware to the late Andrew and Reba Long.
She was a chef at the Stockley Center near Georgetown, Delaware retiring after 29 ½ years of service. Mrs. Miller was an exceptional cook, loved working with crafts, a great mom and mom-mom, and a very lovable and likeable lady.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years Reginald A. Miller, her son Gerald L. Miller and wife Deborah of Millsboro, her daughter Nancy A. Wright and husband Emory of Georgetown, her brother Ronald Long and wife Margaret of Dagsboro, DE, her sister Connie Hudson and husband Charles of Dagsboro, her 3 grandchildren, Jerry Miller, Tiffany Crouch, and Trinity Crouch, several nieces, nephews, extended family, and her beloved canine friend "Jasper" the Yorkie.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Andrew J. Long.
Services will be 12 Noon, Saturday February 27th at the Watson Funeral Home, 211 S Washington Street, Millsboro, Delaware where friends may call one hour before the service. Rev. Jerry Denton will officiate the service. Friends may also call at the funeral home on Friday evening from 5-7:00. Interment will be in Millsboro Cemetery.
