Happy Heavenly Birthday Todd!
Todd was my PO in 2012 when I was in the middle of a HORRIFIC DV existence, (mostly why on Probation with him) he was the first one at the hospital when my EX put me there and he always told me how much more I deserved, I am grateful to have known him and am now happy, in a HEALTHY loving relationship and in recent years we had become friends. I will be forever grateful for his words of encouragement and sometimes disappointment which led me to the life I now have. I will truly miss his BLUNT and REAL advice accompanied by genuine concern. he was one of the best men I have ever known. Crystal M. Sinegar.
I extend my sincere sympathy to Todd's family and friends.l am so sorry I didn't hear about his passing until Sunday evening on TV news. I have known him and his wife for many years. Again, I am sorry for your loss. Elva D. Allen
Requiéscat in pace. Sad to hear of such a loss to the community. An actual candle will be lit for him at Mass.

It is with a heavy heart that I extend my condolences to Todd's family. I enjoyed working with him for many years at P&P. He was such a nice, fun guy. I even shamed him into singing a song for me at my retirement party. God love him. Save us a front row seat with you in heaven, Todd. You will be sorely missed.
