Jervone Rakeem Hall

September 27, 1984 ~ July 29, 2018 (age 33)

Mr. Jervone Rakeem Hall of Bridgeville, DE passed away on Sunday, July 29, 2018 after a traffic accident on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel on Friday, July 27, 2018.  He was 33 years old.


Mr. Hall was born on September 27, 1984 to Willie Johnson and Tyann Hall Collick who survives him.  Jervone was a graduate of Indian River High School Class of 2002 where he was a member of the ROTC.   He joined the USMC in 2008 and upon his discharge he returned to his career driving a truck which was his dream.   Jervone worked for Rennie Hunt Trucking Co. He enjoyed playing chess, collecting knives and swords, loved “tinkering” on electronics.  He loved his mother’s sweet potato pie and always requested one for Christmas.  He loved spending time with his brothers Darnell and Tervone who were his best friends.


He leaves behind his father, Willie Johnson of Bridgeville, DE: his mother, Tyann Collick and step-father Webster of Frankford, DE; maternal  grandmother, Mary M. Hall of Dagsboro, DE: ten siblings: Darnell Hall of Bridgeville, DE; twin brother, Tervone Hall of Harrington, DE: Willie  Trader of Seaford, DE; Garland Jefferson of Seaford, DE; Endora Jefferson of Seaford, DE; Tyson Jefferson of Delmar, DE; Rhonda Dobson  of Laurel, DE, Milton Lofland of GA , two step-sisters, Corinda and Abbagail Collick of Frankford, DE. He is also survived by  his aunts and uncles: Georganna Purnell (James) of Frankford, DE; John Hall (Cathy) of Frankford, DE; Mike Hall (Toni) of Bridgeville, DE; Tanya Griffin (Elisha) of Smyrna, DE and Paris Hall of Dagsboro, DE. He so also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.


A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at Antioch AME Church, 194 Clayton Ave., Frankford, DE  19945, where friends may call from 12:00 PM to 1:00 for visitation.  Burial will be private.



In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Antioch AME Church, 194 Clayton, Ave., Frankford, DE  19945.
