Obituary of Mr. Sais Narine Raghunandan   

On December 15th, 2020, Sais Narine Raghunandan, aka Toffee, Bullman, or Pancho, 56, of Millsboro, DE passed away at Beebe Healthcare in Lewes, DE.   

Sais was born on January 6th, 1964.  He was the son of Kalawti and the late Budda Raghunandan in Georgetown, Guyana. He lived a full and exciting life with no regrets and was loved by everyone, especially his family. After migrating to the US from Guyana in 1988 he lived in NYC with his mother and siblings until 1992 when he moved and settled in Delaware.   

He is survived by his siblings: Dhanpaul (Indrani); Chandra; Lilowtie (Tulsi); Sahodra (Paul); Dhanmattie (Thirbohan). Also surviving are his nieces and nephews: Reshma (Vivek); Hemraj (Nirmala); Yeram; Anil (Ashley); Teshree; Davie; Stephanie; Ashley; Yoganand; and Jay. He has six grandchildren: Aiden; Elijah; Lucas; Evan; Zayne; and Josiah. He is also survived by a number of aunts, uncles, and cousins who lives in Delaware, New York, Florida, Canada and Guyana.   

Funeral arrangements have been made for Tuesday, December 22nd, 2020 with rites beginning 8 am at the family’s residence. Then it will proceed to Watson Funeral Home in Millsboro, DE to go to the crematorium.  Due to Covid-19 restrictions attendance will be limited to immediate family members only.
