Annie Julia Beach's Obituary
Annie Julia Beach, 73, of Lincoln, DE, passed away peacefully on November 12, 2025, at Bayhealth Hospital in Milford. Born on July 23, 1952, in Cuthbert, Georgia, Annie was the beloved daughter of the late Arthur Brown and Bertha Harris.
Annie worked diligently throughout her life, beginning at Perdue and later spending ten years with Super Fresh, where she contributed to both the seafood and bakery departments. She was known for her strong work ethic, bright spirit, and kindness she offered to everyone.
A true social butterfly, Annie found joy in connecting with others wherever she went. She loved fishing, listening to music, and lifting her voice in song. As a longtime and faithful member of Friendship Baptist Church for numerous years, she sang in the choir and served with a generous heart.
She is survived by her children: Barbara Brown, Elton Brown, and Lori Brown; and her beloved grandchildren: Ciarra Williams, Martel Williams, Alyssa Cerasari (Joey), Takara White, and Emadah White. She is also survived by her devoted sisters, Pearl B. Johnson, the late (Henry Johnson) and Joanne Lowther (David). She has a host of nephews and nieces.
Annie’s loving nature, radiant smile, and unwavering faith touched countless lives. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Friendship Baptist Church, 500 W. 4th Street, Lewes, DE 19958, with a viewing beginning at 10:00AM prior to the service. Interment will immediately follow at the Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery.
May her soul find eternal peace, and may her memory continue to be a blessing to all who loved her.
