Born in Salisbury, Maryland, on May 18, 1946, Barbara was the daughter of the late Arthur and Helen Hearne Williams. Barbara devoted herself to her family as a homemaker. She took great pride in maintaining a warm and welcoming home and caring for her husband and children. She was a great cook and her family always looked forward to her Sunday afternoon dinners. Barbara was a loving and caring Mom and Grandmother. She always put her family first and supported her children and grandchildren in everything they did.
She enjoyed bird watching and feeding the birds in her backyard as well as spending time watching the boats at the OC Inlet. She was a huge fan of singer Elvis Presley and NASCAR driver Jeff Gordon. But above all, she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren who were the light of her life
