Barbara L. Spencer of Millsboro, DE passed away on May 27, 2021 in the care of her family and Seasons Hospice. She was 83 years old.
She was born in Wilmington, DE to the late Wilber L. and Helen R. Leipold McVey.
Barbara is survived by three sons Mike Pierce (Lori) of Port Charlotte, FL, Lou Pierce of Newark, DE, and Jeff Pierce (Penny) of Middletown, DE as well as a special friend and neighbor Rick Thielemann.
