Bette Lou Timmons, 83, of Georgetown, DE passed away quietly at her home on Friday, September 8, 2017. She was born on July 3, 1934 in Frankford, DE to the late Elias H. and Katherine "Kitty" Sparrow Tingle. Bette is survived by Read Obituary
I was saddened to hear the news about Bette's passing. Although I haven't seen her in a long while, I remember her fondly when I was quite young. I rode the school bus, RT36 with Buddy, Brent, and Dean. My thoughts and prayers go out to Bill and family. May you all find comfort in the knowledge that you will be together again someday. Dearest Bette will always hold a dear place in our hearts because she included us in her "CMA family". She always greeted us with hugs and kisses which we will sorely miss. Our favorite memories of her will include her smile, her words of encouragement, and thanksgiving to Jesus Christ our Lord whom she served faithfully. All I could say was "Oh, NO" when I saw this on facebook. SHe was one of the sweetest ladies I ever met. I know we will all meet again in heaven, but I pray for God's comfort and peace for the family.

We are so sorry for your loss. We enjoyed being with her in Delaware and our time in CMA. We also loved when we were able to visit with her when she came to Florida.
My twin sister and I were very little girls when we attended your wedding and I still recall the look of joy on both of your faces. She radiated joy and the love of God her whole life. It was just a few weeks ago that she said she wanted to come by and have tea. Everyone loved her!
