BLANCHE RANKIN's Obituary
Obituary of Mrs. Blanche Rankin Blanche Rankin, 90, of Lewes, DE passed away after a short illness on June 21, 2012 at the Renaissance Health Care Center in Millsboro. She was born on April 7, 1922 in Keysville, Virginia. She was preceded by her husband, Stonewall Rankin, Jr. in 2001. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Millsboro, DE and retired from the Henlopen Hotel in Rehoboth Beach, DE where she was a Hostess/Manager for many years. She is survived by one daughter: Ila Jean Grissom, and her husband Bruce, of Kennett Square, PA and one granddaughter: Brieann Elizabeth Grissom, also of Kennett Square, PA. A Chapel service is planned at the Delaware Veteran's Memorial Cemetery on Thursday, June 28 at 1:00 PM.
