CARL EDWARD BALL's Obituary
Carl E. Ball, 79, of Millsboro, Delaware passed away peacefully on February 11, 2016 at home attended by Doris, his loving wife of 57 years. Born in West Virginia in 1936 and married in 1958, he is survived by his three children: Gary, Diane and Bill; daughter-in-law, Allison, and grandson, Christopher. A veteran of both the US Navy and the US Army, he is honored for his service and patriotism. A retired carpenter for the State of Delaware, an auto mechanic, oil painter, and man of great Christian faith in God, he has left a legacy of beauty and quiet strength for his family who will miss him.
