Obituary of Carlos Tyrone Griffin
Carlos Tyrone Griffin was born on November 30, 1971 in Milton, DE to Marylean Griffin and Anthony Badger. He gained his wings on December 18, 2019. He attended Laurel Sr. High School in Laurel, DE and continued his education at Keystone Job Corps. He graduated with his construction certification.
Carlos loved being a comedian and being around his family and friends. He was very outgoing and always gave to others. (He would even give you his last, if you needed it.)
He is survived by four children: Ciara Smack, of Milford, DE; Ty'Junea Griffin, of Seaford, DE; KJ Rogers, of Seaford, DE and Kiera Rogers, also of Seaford. Also surviving: his mother Marylean Griffin, and husband Floyd Griffin, of Millsboro, DE; his father Anthony Badger, of Ellendale, DE; and his sister: Sharee Dunlap, and her husband Demont Dunlap, of Portsmouth, VA; and brother: Anthony Griffin, of Millsboro, DE along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
A time of viewing and visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until 12:00 Noon on Saturday, January 4, 2020, at the Seaford Community Church of God, 26856 Lonesome Rd., Seaford, DE, with a funeral service and Celebration of His Life held at 12:00 Noon. Elder Thornton Pitts will officiate.
Interment follows at the Odd Fellows Cemetery in Seaford.
