CASIMIR T URBANSKI's Obituary
Casimir Theodore Urbanski, 90, of Harbeson, Delaware, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 22, 2015 at his son's home in Salisbury, Maryland surrounded by his loving children. He was born in Wilmington, Delaware to Felix and Aniela Urbanski and spent much of his working life in New Castle, Delaware. Cas was an incredibly intelligent man who enjoyed gardening and wine making as well as reading and listening to music. He served two enlistments in the US Navy, one during World War II and one during the Korean War. He worked as an engineering technician for E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Co. for 30 years. He retired in 1982 at age 57 to Harbeson, Delaware where, in 1989, he established Bent Pine Farms where he grew and sold Christmas trees. Cas spent 51 beautiful years with his wife Helen Josephine, who passed away in 2006. He was very proud of his children, Robert Theodore Urbanski, of Harbeson, Delaware, Susan Muzzleman (Mark), of Bear, Delaware, James Casimir Urbanski (Marylou), of Salisbury, Maryand, and Dr. Diane Wilson (David), of Montgomery, Alabama. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Amanda Dzwilewski (Chris), of Hamilton, New Jersey, Adrian Armstrong (Eric), of Pitman, New Jersey, Zachary Urbanski (Amy), of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, David Muzzleman, of New Castle, Delaware, Sr. Airman Alicia Muzzleman, of Bear, Delaware, and Clare Josephine and David Casimir Wilson, of Montgomery, Alabama. He was also blessed with five great grandchildren, Taylor, Cannon, Emma, Andrew, Alyssa, and Ava. The family will receive friends on Friday, March 27, 2015 from 12:30-1:30 at the Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington Street, Millsboro, Delaware, 19966. Immediately following, a military funeral service will be held at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 26669 Patriots Way, Millsboro, Delaware. The family would like to extend very special thanks to Fresenius Medical Care in Millsboro, Delaware and Coastal Hospice in Salisbury, Maryland. In lieu of flowers, your kind donations can be made in Cas's name to National Kidney Foundation, the American Association of Kidney Patients, or Coastal Hospice.
