Cassandra Lee Webb of Millsboro, DE passed away on Monday, February 28, 2022. She was 57 years old.
She was born in Lewes, DE on December 30, 1964.Cassandra was raised by her mother Ruth and her step-father Charles Toomey who survives her. She is preceded by her mother, Ruth Spicer Toomey, a daughter Nicole Baker and a brother William Toomey.
Cassandra enjoyed cooking and baking. She volunteered for Catholic Charities and loved to give back and help those in need. Cassandra was an amazing and loving person with a great sense of humor. She was a devoted daughter, mother, grandmother, and sister who will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her step-father Charles Toomey, a son Richard Steele of Millsboro, DE, and a daughter Kelly Baker of Georgetown, DE. She has three siblings surviving: Charles Toomey, II, Crystal Lewis and James Toomey. She was also blessed with five grandchildren and was raising Giovanni as her own son. Cassandra is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
