I am so sorry to hear of Charles' passing. I remember with such fondness all my years of working with you, Eleanor Lee, at Stockley and how often you spoke of him with love and humor. It was wonderful to have him as our Representative and especially to remember how much he deeply cared about our work at Stockley. He will be missed and remembered forever.
We were so sorry to learn of Charlie's passing. He was one of our first mentors in Delaware politics. We have never forgotten how welcoming Charlie and Eleanor Lee were to us through those early years. Our deepest sympathy.
Charlie was a icon in the Gumboro Community and through out the State of DE. You will be missed Charlie P. West R.I.P
