Chris was a comgr .at dg . He would call on questions if needed .i new him as a customer and he made decision to come on board at dg from family dollar . He often talked on his family and how much they meant him .thanks to lisa for touching base and letting us know . Prayers to the family
I am so shocked to hear this. Chris and I worked together at FAMILY DOLLAR for so many years. He was my right hand for so long when I was a district manager. He would go to any store I asked him. And always had a smile. He just always wanted to make sure he was back so he could watch his daughter his son do whatever at school. On our trips to the meetings up the road all he talked about was his children. And I always had to be back sometimes I even had to drop him off at school. Such a wonderful person such a young man. My prayers and condolences to the family. Such a great loss. RIP rest in peace my dear friend Chris. You will surely be missed. Dottie Turner
Chris and I spent a lot of time together in the ending part of his life. Being a transplant from another state he showed me so many places and taught me so much history about Delaware. He treated me like an absolute princess and was a true gentleman with character. He had a great infectious smile and a good hearty laugh both of which we shared many. He really made my birthday away from my family very special and insisted it be a surprise outing no less..... always so thoughtful he was. He had a sweet and kind soul which you could especially see when he talked about Chili.....so happy that he can see Chili now. For his birthday I gave him a ladybug held with angel wings as he told me his mom came to visit him through a ladybug and that thought made him happy. He is now part of those angel wings and I will have a smile on my face when I see a ladybug as I will know it's Chris. He will always be a part of my memory. RIP....
Chris was like a Big Brother more than a cousin to me I will miss him dearly. Love you always Chris . Love David R
