DAVID ""JACK"" BOTTINELLI's Obituary
David ""Jack"" Bottinelli died at his home in Millsboro, Delaware on October 13, 2014 at the age of 68. Jack is survived by his wife of 43 years Dolores, his son David and daughter-in-law Francine, his daughter Lora and son-in-law Brian, and three grandsons: Julian, Moss and Grady. Jack has three living siblings: Robert, Barbara and Patricia. Jack was born on September 2, 1946 to his late parents David and Gertrude Bottinelli and spent his childhood in Barrington, NJ. After elementary schooling, he entered Our Mother the Savior Seminary Prep School and graduated in 1964. In 1967, he enlisted voluntarily and served two tours of active duty in Vietnam as a ""Seabee"" in the US Navy's Mobile Construction Battalion. After his safe return he met Dolores DiCriscio, married in 1971, and settled in Southern New Jersey to raise his family. After retiring from a long career in telecommunications, Jack moved to South Carolina and then again to his current home in Millsboro, DE. During his retirement he enjoyed golfing, traveling, reading and spending time with his grandchildren. A memorial service is scheduled for October 16, 2014 at 12:30pm at the Watson Funeral Home in Millsboro, with visitation preceding from 11-12:30. Military honors and final rites will follow at 2pm at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Jack's life.
