Deborah Ellen DiGregorio's Obituary
Deborah Ellen DiGregorio, 87, of Millsboro, DE passed away on September 9, 2021 at the Atlantic Shores Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Millsboro. She was born on July 29, 1934 to the late Rollie and Ollie Donaway Lewis. She last worked as a Clerk and Receptionist at Village Green Florist. She attended Grace United Methodist Church and also was an amateur Bridge Club member. Debbie was a very active lady, who loved to sew and do crafts. She was outgoing, had a great sense of humor and was completely devoted to her grandchildren and her "grand-dogs." She was precise in her determination to treat all her kids equally. Debbie was also very knowledgeable about quality red wines - especially Rose.
She is survived by her three children: Paula Lewis Rogers (Mark) of Millsboro, DE; Jill Ann Green (Denny) also of Millsboro; and Bruce Buckland Gardner (Joanne) of Lewes, DE. She also has two grandchildren: Travis Paul Rogers and Brook Gardner Mitchell and a niece Vicki Lecates. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her two brothers: Clifford D. Lewis and Marshall D. Lewis and niece Harriet Ann Lewis.
A graveside committal service is scheduled for Thursday, September 16, 2021 at 2:00 PM in the Millsboro Cemetery. Rev. Dr. James Van Der Wall will officiate.
