Deloris J Williams' Obituary
Deloris J Williams of Millsboro passed away peacefully at Delaware Hospice Center on Thursday November 23, 2017. She was 87 years old. She was born on October 1st 1930 in Caledonia, Ohio to the late Paul and Cora Billet. Deloris is survived by one Sister Janet Ralston of Dallas, TX.
She is also survived by her children Dixie Hawkins of Millsboro DE and her husband Steve, Deborah Schrom of York PA, Daniel E Williams of Mechanicsburg PA and his wife Vicky, David E Williams of Lutz, FL and his wife Becky, and a Daughter-in-law Jane Williams of Dover PA. She was preceded by her husband Robert E Williams, one sister Darlene Metz, a son Darrell Williams, a grandson Scott Haring and a granddaughter Tiffany Hawkins.
Deloris was Past President of the Indian River Yacht Club Ladies Auxiliary and a Life Member of Indian River Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary.
She is survived by 12 Grandchildren, 21 Great-Grandchildren and 2 Great-Great Grandchildren.
A funeral service and Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday November 28th 2017 at 12:30 pm at Watson Funeral Home. Friends may call 1 hour prior from 11:30am til 12:30pm for viewing and visitation. Internment follows at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Millsboro.
In Lieu of Flowers, the family suggests contributions to Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963.
