DONALD CUBLER's Obituary
Mr. Donald Cubler ""Doni"" of Millsboro, DE, formerly of Eddystone, PA passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2015. He was 82 years old. Mr. Cubler was born in Parkside, PA to the late Edward Cubler Sr. and Ann M. Ross Cubler. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by a son, William Wimer, two sisters, a sister -in-law, Loretta Zinszer and a brother-in-law, Bill Stewart. He retired from the local 921 as a steel painter. He enjoyed boating, crabbing, watching NASCAR and Elvis. Doni was outgoing, always had to be doing something or fixing things. He was also patriotic and proud to be an American. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Nancy A. Zinszer Cubler of Millsboro, DE; two children, Nancy Daniels and her husband Richard; James Fink and his companion Rebecca; six brothers, Jackie, Freddie, George, Charles, Eddie and Pat, as well as four sisters, Hilda, Bea, Ann, and Irene; brother-in-law, Herbie Zinszer and his wife Joan; brother-in-law Billy Marriott and his wife Jane; and sister-in-law, Doris Stewart, along with nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, sister- in- laws, brother-in-laws and friends. A funeral will be held at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at the Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington St., Millsboro, DE 19966, where friends may call after 5:00 PM for viewing and visitation. Burial will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Doni's memory to Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963. Letters of condolence may be emailed via www.watsonfh.com
