Earl Wayne Hearn's Obituary
Earl Wayne Hearn, age 76, of Gumboro, DE passed away on Thursday, April 30, 2020 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, MD.
He was the son of the late Howard and Mabel Hearn of Laurel. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by two brothers, Brooks and Allen.
Wayne attended Gumboro Wesleyan Church. He enjoyed drawing, stamp collecting, digging for old bottles and looking for arrow heads. He also liked going to antique and thrift stores.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Carol Hearn of Gumboro, DE, one son, Glenn Hearn of Gumboro, DE and a foster daughter Tammy Loftus of Princess Anne, MD. He also leaves behind six grandchildren Chad, Heather, Darren, Justin, Mikey and John as well as a brother Arnold (Barbara) Hearn and a sister Juanita (Richard) Cahall all of Laurel, DE, in addition, a sister-in-law, Sue (Earl) Stanley of Gumboro, DE. He also is survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
