EDWARD MORGAN's Obituary
On Sunday, March 29, 2015, Edward Morgan of Millsboro, DE lost his long fought battle with his health, with his loving wife, Sheila Morgan, by his side. He was born on September 8, 1946 in Morristown, NJ. He is preceded in death by his father, Thomas Morgan, and his mother, Mildred Lovell.
Edward is survived by his wife, Sheila, his sister, Mary Howell of TN, his four sons, Edward (John) of WA, Christopher and his wife Nicky of CA; Matthew of MD, Kevin and his wife Jannette of MD and step-sons, Tom Morehouse and his wife Cindy of MD and Jim Morehouse and his wife April of DE. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Ed served 22 years in the Army traveling around the world and across the United States. He then served another 22 years working for Department of Defense. Upon his move to Delaware with his wife in 2007, he became a lifetime member of VFW Post 2931, Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 546 and American Legion Post 28.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, September 11, 2015 at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to either the VFW Post 2931, the Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 546 in care of the VFW Post 2931 or the Millsboro Volunteer Fire Dept.
