Obituary Elizabeth Ann Hall
Elizabeth Ann Hall of Millsboro, DE passed away on Monday, January 27, 2020. She was 81 years old.
Mrs. Hall was born in Millsboro, DE to the late Norvel John and Edith M. Moore Atkins. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister, Mary Louise Mitchell.
Elizabeth was a graduate of John M. Clayton High School of 1956. She retired from the State of Delaware where she worked at the Stockley Center as an Administrative Assistant. She was a lifelong member of the Indian River Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary. Elizabeth enjoyed flowers, crochet, and collecting dolls. Her kindness, compassion, devotion and good heart will surely be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Leon W. Hall of Millsboro, DE; one son, Glenn A. Hall of Millsboro, DE; a sister, Alice M. Rowe (Donald) of Millsboro, DE and a brother, Robert N. Atkins (Dianna) of Millsboro, DE as well as one granddaughter, Leanne Elizabeth Hall of Tampa, FL. She also held a special place in her heart for her nieces, Mary Carol Hudson, Lisa Haas, Holly Pfleger, Lori Parker, Shelly Swafford, Lisa Stoeckel, Janell Megee as well as two nephews, John Turley and Paul Turley. Also surviving are great nieces, great nephews, extended family and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 7:00 PM on Friday, January 31, 2020 at the Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington St., Millsboro, DE 19966, where friends may call from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM for viewing and visitation. A graveside committal will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at the Millsboro Cemetery.
