My husband and I worked with Dr. Gulab at Townsends/Mountaire. He was a very nice man. My husband was superintendent in 1st processing/Maintenance and I was in Human Reosurces. Dr.Gulab retired and I would at times see him at Food Lion and he would always stop a talk with me for a few moments. Very pleasant man. Our deepest condolences to the family. Rick & Darlene Showell.
I worked with Dr. Gulab as a second veterinarian in Townsend Poultry plant (presently Mt. Aire) in 1987-1988. He was a very gentle person and I have never seen him upset or angry. He was very diplomatic. When I took a promotion and moved to another assignment, he would call and check on me. When I retired from USDA, I moved to Millsboro, and we didn't live too far from each other, and I visited him one time at his house. He was very hospitable, and we had a good conversation. He will be greatly missed. May his soul rest in peace. Dr. Shinn
Dr. Emmanuel Gulab was the veterinarian at Townsend Poultry Plant in Millsboro, DE when I was hired as an Inspector for USDA.
He was such a caring and helpful Supervisor.
He was a man of faith, loved his family and loved to talk!
