Frances Victoria Tull's Obituary
Frances Victoria Tull was born on May 5, 1950, to the late Joseph H. Oney and Emma Jane Deshields Oney. She departed this life on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford, DE. She was 74 years old.
Frances was educated in Laurel, DE School District and attended Jason High School in Georgetown, DE. She later travelled to Germany where she gained an interest in nursing and later returned to the states and became a certified nursing assistant. She worked for 20 years at the Stockley Hospital with children with disabilities.
Vickie was a loving and affectionate person. She enjoyed her quiet time and collecting different knickknacks, watching old TV shows including Perry Mason, Dick Van Dyke and Ed Sullivan just to name a few. She also enjoyed crossword puzzles, word search puzzles and spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by three sisters, Wilma, Sharon and Shaundell, two brothers Steven and Joseph Oney and a grandson Terrance Dion Tull.
Frances leaves precious memories with one daughter Sharon Ann Tull (Johnny Pritchard, Jr) and one son, Denver Tull all of North Carolina. She was blessed with two sisters Cornelia Oney and Ellen Thompson both of Salisbury, MD, and a special man in her life Hook. Her memory will also be cherished by her four grandchildren: Tamara and Takiea Tull, Julie German, Jordan German: Great Grandchildren: Ny’Aziah White, Jaqun Godette, Lyonia N. Frazier, Antonio Godette, Jr., Taneehia Lee, Nevaeh Lauer, Zy Holland and Shauntel Tull. Some special extended family members include Chasity and Family, Tia and Family, Tammy German all of Seaford, DE, Pam Benson of PA, Brandon Lauer, Denise Holland, Victor Ellison and Antonio Godette, Sr.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at St. John 2nd Baptist Church, 26602 Mt. Joy Rd, Millsboro, DE 19966, where the viewing will begin after 10:00 AM. Interment will immediately follow in the adjoining church cemetery.
