My deepest sympathies go out to all the family. Francis was a neighbor of my parents and he and Virginia welcomed them warmly when they first moved to Delaware. They often still speak of both Francis and Virginia with fondness and have warm memories of their years as neighbors.
Your dad (and mom) meant the world to us. We have many many memories and lots and lots of laughs. They were always there for us. He is finally with your mom and is happy. May God Bless you and your family.

Iwas a patient at Seaford genesis, and mr francis and ms Virginia quickly became favorites of mine. after Virginia passed, francis even more so. I enjoyed talking to him and often went to his activities just to try to get him to talk more. I can imagine him and Virginia dancing away, together gain. rip , mr nd mrs. Hudson!
