You will be gone from my sight, but you are never gone from my heart! Give Panda Bear a carrot for me.
A WONDERFUL , NEIGHBOR AND FRIEND WILL SURELY BE MISSED BY ALL WHO NEW HIM.
Frank's depth, warmth, engaging brightness shown from 1st we met. Bittersweet, reminiscing just now on boat trips, meals, conversations, adventures we had with Frank and Bev.
He gifted us a piece of his metal art decades ago. Have enjoyed it every day. So prismatic in shifting light. He'll live in my heart, head, home till we're in each other's presence again one day.
We honor the life and service of Frank, whose dedication, professionalism, and kindness made a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of working alongside him.
Frank had a sense of commitment to community. He brought integrity and a spirit of teamwork to the BSA and the USCG Auxiliary. Whether supporting missions, mentoring others, or simply offering a steady presence during challenging moments, he exemplified what it means to serve with purpose.
Those who knew Frank will remember his warm sense of humor, willingness to get involved with community and willingness to help, his knowledge, and unwavering reliability. Frank's contributions strengthened our team and enriched our community in ways that will not be forgotten.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to Frank’s family, friends, and all who shared in his journey. May we continue to honor his legacy through our own service and commitment. Frank will be missed as part of our team but will be in our memories going forward.

Frank was a pleasure to work alongside at the Lightship Overfalls. His firsthand knowledge of actually being assigned to a vessel of this type gave us a different perspective. He will definitely be missed. Lifting up prayers for him and his family.
