Gregory Allen Smith's Obituary
Mr. Gregory A. Smith of Millsboro, DE passed away suddenly on Monday, March 13, 2017. He was 56 years old.
Greg was born in Lewes, DE on January 13, 1961 to the late Joshua William Smith and Mary Lou Wooten Smith who survives him. In addition to his father he is also preceded in death a son, Joshua Allen Smith and two brothers, Scott Smith and Dean Smith.
He was a Dallas Cowboys and Baltimore Orioles fan. Greg enjoyed horses and horse races. He was a stable hand at Banks Horse Farm for many years. He was known to be very generous, superstitious and full of expression and emotion.
In addition to his mother he is survived by daughters, Kielee Smith of Millsboro, DE; Kourtney Smith of Millville, DE; a son, Matthew Kauffman of Dagsboro, DE; the mother of his children, Loretta Cykosky of Millsboro; a brother, James Michael Smith of Millsboro, DE; grandchildren: McKenzie, Macy and Michael. He is also survived by two very close friends, Dave and Lee as well as many extended family members and friends.
