Obituary for Harold Thomas Williams
Harold Thomas Williams, 86, of Georgetown, DE, passed away on March 14, 2025. He was born on July 8, 1938, in Georgetown, DE, to the late Paul Joseph and Mildred Ellen (Jefferson) Williams.
Harold dedicated much of his career to maintenance and custodial work, first at Perdue and later for the Indian River School District. He found joy in tending to his garden, cultivating vegetables and strawberries with care. Additionally, he had a passion for painting, which brought him peace and fulfillment.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Joan, who passed in 2019; his sons, Mark Williams (2018) and Mike Williams (2023); and his parents.
Harold is survived by his sisters, Grace Reeves and Doris Baker, his grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many dear friends who will cherish his memory.
Services will be private.
