Harry (Herb) H. Jenkins III's Obituary
Harry (Herb) H. Jenkins was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on July 13, 1946. Shortly thereafter his family moved to Selbyville, Delaware, where he grew up on the family farm.

He enjoyed spending time at his beach home, boating, fishing and automobile racing. He is survived by his loving wife Sandra Jenkins, his son Herb Jenkins, and grandson Tyler Jenkins.
