James K Rickards' Obituary
James K. Rickards, 59, of Dagsboro and formerly of Ocean View, DE passed away on December 13, 2018 at home. He was owner/operator of George Kendall Rickards Construction Company, and a veteran of the US Marine Corps. Graveside services will be held Saturday, December 22, 2018 at 10:00 AM in the Mariner's Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery, with Rev. Woodrow Wilson officiating.
