Jeffrey Eugene Windsor's Obituary
Jeffrey Eugene Windsor, born on March 30, 1956, in Washington, D.C., passed away on October 15, 2024, in Seaford, DE, at the age of 68. He was the beloved son of the late Harvey and Betty Jean (Wells) Windsor.
A dedicated project manager by profession, Jeffrey worked extensively in custom millwork, bringing his passion for craftmanship to life. He had a deep love for woodworking, old cars, and hot rods, and found great joy in kayaking. Always the jokester, Jeffrey was known for his quick wit and unforgettable one-liners. He is survived by his beloved wife of 47 years, Bette Jean (Karas) Windsor; his sisters, Vickie Bliss (Dale) and Judy Windsor; as well as his sisters-in-law, Barbara Nagy (Sonny), Debra Sadelson, Jackie Rash, and Janet Loyet, along with many loved cousins, nieces and nephews.
