Jermaine P Harris, Sr's Obituary
Jermaine P. Harris, Sr. of Millsboro, DE passed away on Saturday, July 26, 2014. He was 41 years old. Mr. Harris was born in Rochester, NY on September 28, 1972 to the late Randall L. Harris and Joanne Bailey Harris who survives him. He worked at Harbor Health Care as a C.N.A. Jermaine graduated from Sussex Central High School in 1991. During this time he also attended Sussex VoTech where he took Culinary Arts. He received his C.N.A. training at Sussex Tech and also attended Bible College. He enjoyed lifting weights, listening to music and spending time with family and friends. Jermaine was an outgoing, social person with a bright personality, very easy to talk to and never met stranger. In addition to his mother he is survived by three children, Sharmaine Harris, Jermaine Harris, Jr and Sierra Harris, all of Dover, DE; their mother, Stacey Harris of Seaford; grandmother, Arnita Harris of Dagsboro, DE; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Burless Hall, Jr. and Wanda J. Hall of Millsboro, DE, brother-in-law, Burles Halll, III of PA, four uncles Simon Mannings, Robert Mannings and his wife, Yong of Viola, DE; Anthony J. Bowen and his wife Glendola of Berlin, MD and Tyrone Young and his wife Rayemell Showell-Young of Seaford; four aunts, Ethel Ann Finney of Millsboro, DE; Mary Bailey of Georgetown, DE, Mabel Bailey of Georgetown, DE, Glendalyn Harris of Dagsboro, DE three great aunts, Blanche Miller, Jennie Hitchens and her husband Monroe; and Betty Satchell all of Millsboro a cousin, brother and best friend, Darrus Finney and also his friend Alfonzo Snead, his Godfather, Apostle Ivory Hopkins, and a special companion, Shauna Morgan of Sharon Hill, PA. He is also survived by many cousins and friends. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, August 2, 2014 at Pilgrim's Ministry of Deliverance, 25053 DuPont Blvd, Georgetown, DE 19947, where friends may call after 12:00 Noon. Burial will follow at Harmony Cemetery.
