Joe was a wonderful classmate and such a good listener. I will always remember when Joe and Joyce took time to visit us in our place at Naples, FL. So enjoyed their visit.
So sorry the hear of Joe's passing. I was his classmate for all twelve years at Millsboro and football teammate for our final fours years. His was always the largest, most intimidating player on the field and he could really bring the "leather" when had a mind to. I am proud to have been his friend and classmate.
