Obituary for Karen Ann Radcliffe
Karen Ann Radcliffe, born on April 28, 1960, in Queens, NY, passed away on March 18, 2025, at Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. She was the beloved daughter of the late Herbert and Muriel (Lippa) Stutzbach.
Karen had a strong faith in God. She dedicated her life to caring for children and opened her own daycare after finishing school. She had a boundless love for children and treated everyone as if they were her own. She also had a passion for camping at Denton Wesleyan Camp, crocheting, and most of all, spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, William Wilhelmson; her late husband, Donald Radcliffe; her daughters, Jamie and Jena Radcliffe; and her in-laws, Walter and Marianne Worley.
Karen is survived by her loving children, Bethany Edwards (Bryan), Bahiya Radcliffe, and Andrew Radcliffe (Cecilya); her step-sons, Christopher Radcliffe and Daniel Radcliffe (Abby); her cherished grandchildren, Tylar Radcliffe, Kalel Radcliffe, Kiera Radcliffe, Jeremiah Radcliffe, Elaine Edwards, Ayden Edwards, and Josiah Radcliffe, Donte' Radcliffe. She also leaves behind her siblings, Paul Stutzbach (Terri) and Theresa Burke, as well as many other extended family members. She also leaves behind 6 cats who were children as well.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Watson Funeral Home and Crematorium in Millsboro, DE, with a viewing from 10:00 to 11:00 AM prior to the service. Interment will follow at McColley's Church Cemetery in Georgetown, DE.
Karen's kindness, warmth, and unwavering love for her family and community will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
