Kenneth Bailey of Millsboro, DE, was born on April 11, 1955. He departed this world on October 4, 2020. To some he was known as "Kenny" or "Bailey". He leaves behind three children 5 siblings and a host of friends and family and his special companion.
The funeral services will be held at St. John 2nd Baptist Church, 26602 Mt. Joy Road, Millsboro, DE 19966. Viewing will be from 11 am to 12 pm followed by the funeral service. Interment will follow in the adjoining church cemetery. In compliance with the coronavirus restrictions, masks and social distancing will be required.
