Obituary of Mrs. Laversa ""Evelyn"" Walker Laversa Evelyn Walker, 88, of Millsboro passed into eternal rest at Cadia Rehabilitation Renaissance Center on Monday, December 22, 2014. She was born in Onancock, VA on December 29, 1925. Mrs. Walker later moved to Delaware she remained until her passing. She worked in the poultry industry most of her life; in her later years she was a dedicated volunteer with the Howard T. Ennis Foster Grandparent Program. Evelyn was a faithful wife, dedicated and loving mother, grandmother and friend to many. She enjoyed cooking and cherished family gatherings. Evelyn lived a life expressing God's love through her service to others, all the while serving on several auxiliaries and preaching the Word of God. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Trinity Holiness Church in Frankford, DE where friends may call one hour prior for visitation.
