I met Linda Dorey on September 26, 2016 when I started in her office at Aloft AeroArchitects. It was immediately obvious that she was a good, kind woman with a quiet but strong sense of self. The truth of that only grew over time. When an injury caused her to leave Aloft, the loss was felt by us all. To Linda's family and friends, we mourn with you.

I first met Linda over 18 years ago when she began her career at PATS Aircraft/ ALOFT. We became fast friends and shared many laughs and frustrations as we worked closely together for over a decade. Linda had the well earned nickname Eagle-Eye Dorey for her incredible skills in auditing and organizing project data. She could always find that one error that so many people had missed! She was a very hard worker and was well respected by all that worked with her.
After Linda left ALOFT, we would see each other weekly for coffee. We would talk about what was happening in our lives and always shared the good, the bad and the ugly! Linda was always included in my family's important life events and Jeff, Samantha & I have so many wonderful memories of her.
Linda was an amazing person. She was funny, kind, honest and compassionate. She was one of my very best friends and I will miss her terribly.
My condolences to Renee, Rich, Ryan, Ciera and her entire family. Linda was very special and will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.
