LORRAINE L. MILES's Obituary
Lorraine Louise Miles (Rainey) was born on May 28, 1957 in Lewes, DE to the late Robert L. Downing and Pearl L. Bailey. She departed this life on Sunday, November 20, 2016 at the age of 59 years old at Beebe Medical Center in Lewes.
Lorraine graduated from Sussex Central High School in Georgetown, DE. She worked at the Allen Harim Poultry Plant in Harbeson, DE for 28 years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Lorraine enjoyed cooking, watching TV, yard sales and football.
Lorraine leaves to cherish her memories; her husband, William Miles of Georgetown, DE; her two sons, Jeffrey Bailey (Keisha) of Millsboro, DE and William Miles, Jr. of Georgetown, DE; three sisters, Robin Henderson of Millsboro, DE, Roberta Mann and Lottie Downing of Greenwood, DE; seven brothers, Robert Bailey, Ronald Bailey (Chrissy), Larry Bailey and Marvin Bailey of Georgetown, DE; Michael Bailey, David Bailey of Millsboro, DE and Richard Bailey ( Antanel) of Ocean View, DE. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Aaliyah Bailey, Sierra Bailey and Kyrie Bailey as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 1 PM on Saturday, December 3, 2016 at the Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington St., Millsboro, DE 19966, where friends may call from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM for viewing and visitation. Burial will follow in the Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery in Lewes, DE.
