Mr. Lowell T. Schoonmaker, Sr. of Millsboro, DE passed away at Beebe Medical Center on Saturday, July 4, 2015. He was 80 years old. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, July 11, 2015 at the Watson Funeral Home, 211 S.
