MARGARET I CARMEAN's Obituary
Mrs. Margaret I. Carmean of Millsboro passed away on Thursday, February 6, 2014. She was 93 years old. Mrs. Carmean was born on December 12, 1920 in Laurel, DE to the late Albert and Retha Cannon Lynch. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Preston L. Carmean in 2009, a son, Preston L. Carmean Jr. in 1986, and siblings Mary Truitt and Martin Lynch. Margaret worked at Arrow Safety Device Company for 29 years. She was a member of The Journey (Millsboro Wesleyan Church). She loved reading, crossword puzzles and baking. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be greatly missed. She is survived by a son, Gay Stanley Carmean of Marco Island, FL, two daughters, Charlene Lynch of Georgetown, DE, and Lorene Breasure of Millsboro, DE, daughter-in-law - Naomi Carmean of Harrington, DE, 6 grandchildren, 11, great grandchildren, and 5 great great grandchildren. A funeral service and celebration of her life will be held at 2 PM on Monday, February 10, 2014 at The Journey, 255 Wilson Hwy, Millsboro DE 19966, where friends may call after 1 PM. Burial will follow at Millsboro Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to The Journey, PO Box 371, Millsboro, DE 19966. Letters of condolence may be emailed via www.watsonfh.com
