Margo A. Murphy's Obituary
Margo A. Murphy, age 93, of Greenwood, DE, passed away peacefully on September 7, 2024. She was born on January 6, 1931, in Rahway, NJ.
Margo had a passion for lighthouses and was a proud member of the New Jersey Lighthouse Society. She also had a deep love for painting and traveling, which brought her great joy throughout her life.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Murphy, Jr. She is survived by her stepdaughter, Kathleen Licinski, her grandchildren Brian Licinski (Falon), Jennifer Friscia (Tom), and James Murphy along with several great-grandchildren.
In accordance with her wishes, services will be held privately.
Margo’s adventurous spirit and artistic talents will be remembered fondly by all who knew her. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
