Jed Derrickson
In the summer of 1979, Michele and I worked for YCC at Trap Pond. It was my first job at the time I was 15 and Michele was 16. I was a shy person and throughout that summer I had the privilege to work with her that summer. Teen age years can not always be an easy time, and Michele was a kind and generous person to me. She helped me come out of my shell and I enjoyed the friendship we had the summer. We went to 2 different school districts in high school and later she would go to the Florida for college. Our paths would cross infrequently but we both looked back on that time of our life with fondness. God Bless Michele and will keep her in my thoughts
