MILO FERGUS WELLER, JR.'s Obituary
Mr. Milo F. Weller, Jr. of Seaford, DE passed away on Monday, June 27, 2016. He was 69 years old.
Mr. Weller was born on February 25, 1947 in Clay Center, KS to the late Milo F. Weller Sr. and Ruby Lucille Noyes Weller. In addition to his parents he is preceded by his wife, Sharon Weller in 2004 as well as a brother Randy Rollo Weller.
Milo was a U.S. Navy Veteran during the Vietnam Era. He was a retired USDA Inspector. Milo was a member of Holiness Church of Delmar DE. He was a graduate of Georgetown High School, where he played football. He enjoyed fishing and loved watching his grandchildren race go karts and stock cars. Milo was a quiet, kind, gentle and hardworking man who was always willing to help others.
He is survived by two sons, Martin Weller and his wife Sharon Godwin-Weller of Georgetown, DE; and Christopher L. Weller and his fiancée Stacey Moore also of Georgetown, DE; a brother, Jerry L. Weller and his wife Sheron of Ft. Myers, FL; along with five grandchildren, Kaitlyn Weller, Zachary Weller, Bryce Weller, Megan Hodges and her husband T. J., and Todd Hayes and one great grandson, John IV. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A viewing will be held from 11:00 AM - 12:00 Noon on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at the Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington St., Millsboro, DE 19966. A graveside service will follow at 1:00 PM at Henlopen Memorial Park, 28787 Lockerman Rd, Milton, DE 19968.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations in Milo's memory to the Nanticoke Senior Center, Homebound Meals, P.O. Box 406, Seaford, DE 19973.
