Milton "Bill" E Phillips' Obituary
Mr. Milton E. "Bill" Phillips of Dagsboro, DE passed away on Thursday, June 21, 2018. He was 83 years old.
Mr. Phillips was born on April 3, 1935 in Gumboro, DE, to the late Norman A. and Beatrice G. White Phillips.
He was a truck driver and also owned Phillips Salvage. Bill loved old western movies, enjoyed, the beach, camping at Cherrystone, NASCAR especially Earnhardt and was a CB radio buff.
Bill is survived by his wife of 53 years, Marie E. Mitchell Phillips of Dagsboro, DE; eight children, Duke Phillips (Beth) of Mardella Springs, MD; Dee Morris (Jeff) of Dagsboro, DE; Donna Phillips of TX; Beverly Downs of Selbyville, DE; Robin W. Phillips (Carol Denise) of Dagsboro, DE; Sharon Phillips of Dagsboro, DE; Craig Phillips (Barbara ) of Dagsboro, DE; and Keith Alfred Phillips (Cheryl Ann) of Camden Wyoming, DE; and a sister, Lorraine Workman of Millsboro, DE. He also leaves to cherish his memories sixteen grandchildren, twenty six great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren as well as extended family members and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at the Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington St., Millsboro, DE 19966, where friends may call from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM for a time of visitation and viewing. Burial will follow in the Woodlawn Memorial Park.
