Norma Lee Garver's Obituary
Norma Lee Garver, born on April 16, 1940, in Dagsboro, Delaware, passed away peacefully on September 24, 2024, in Lewes, Delaware, at the age of 84. She was the daughter of the late Russell and Edna (O'Neal) Carey.
Norma found great joy in the simple pleasures of life, particularly watching British television shows and cop dramas, which brought her much comfort and entertainment. She will be fondly remembered for her gentle spirit and her love for her family and her loyal dog, Navy.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved husband, Louis Garver. She is survived by her three children, Paul Garver (Annette), Bart Garver, and Hope Sweigart (Gerald); her grandchildren, Lucas and Danielle; her sister, Terri O'Neal; and her cherished dog, Navy.
In keeping with Norma’s wishes, services will be private.
