PATRICIA A JOHNSON's Obituary
Mrs. Patricia A. Johnson of Millsboro, DE passed away on Thursday, June 16, 2016. She was 77 years old.
Mrs. Johnson was born on July 28, 1938 in Elsmere, Delaware to the late John and Mabel Dobson Gray. In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by her husband Richard C. Johnson on April 7, 2015, and siblings Miriam Mundorf and Donald Gray, and a granddaughter, Michele Bryan.
She moved to Millsboro when she was six weeks old. Pat graduated from Millsboro High School. Pat was a member of Zoar United Methodist Church. She worked at the Millsboro Post Office for four years and at East Millsboro Elementary for 10 years. She then opened a day care at home for 12 years and then primarily watched her grandchildren before she retired.
She is survived by four children, Robert Johnson and his wife Lou Ann; Thomas Johnson and his wife Monica; Stanley Johnson and his wife Linda; Cindy Pusey and her husband Craig all of Millsboro, DE; a sister, Jane Rohlfing and a sister-in-law, Ruth J. Hudson, nephew, Jack Mundorf and a niece Tracey Mundorf, eight grandchildren; Tamara Bethany; Krista, Andrew, Brannon; Morgan, James, Craig, Jr., Krissy and David as well as four great grandchildren; Lucy, Taylor, Michael Dillion
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM at Millsboro Cemetery on Wednesday, June 22, 2016.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Zoar United Methodist Church Memorial Fund, c/o Carisa Pepper, 24491 Gravel Hill Road, Millsboro, DE 19966.
