Patricia "Patti" Ann Evans Meyers' Obituary
Patricia "Patti" Ann Evans Meyers of Frankford, DE passed away on Monday, October 22, 2018. She was 74 years old.
Patti was born in Lewes, DE to the late George Asher and Katie Lewis Evans. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by two brothers and a sister, two daughters, Angel Mears and Michelle Rogers and a grandson, Fhillip Wilkerson.
She was a retired home health care aid and also waitressed in various local restaurants. Patti also owned her own race car and raced in Delmar. She loved cooking and gardening. She was known to be very giving and had a big heart. Patti also enjoyed her coffee from WaWa.
She is survived by four children, Lorraine Lynch and companion Mike Truitt of Frankford, DE; Sonya Rogers and fiancé Frank Coffin of Willards, MD, Mack Davis of Frankford, DE and Paula Clogg and her husband David of Dagsboro, DE. She also leaves behind to cherish her memory ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren as well as her canine companion "Butterball"
A funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM on Monday, October 29, 2018 at Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington St., Millsboro, DE 19966, where friends may call from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM for viewing and visitation. Burial will follow in the Bethel Tabernacle Cemetery, Clarksville.
