There are so many wonderful memories of Tricia. She was so giving and always made time for me. When we met for the first time I remember me asking her what I could bring her and she simply said a Diet Pepsi would be great! The world has lost a beautiful soul and I feel so fortunate to have had the privilege of knowing her. God Bless
I met Tricia as a rental agent many, many years ago but she was always one of those people that I considered a friend. Time would pass, but whenever we ran into each other, we picked right up where we left off. I remember one of those times, I was going through a hard time in my personal life, called Tricia and she dropped everything and met me for dinner. She really missed her calling as a therapist because she always turned horrible moments into life lessons. She saw the good in everything and everyone. I hate knowing that her life was taken so tragically and abruptly. She will never be forgotten...
There have been so many memories, too many to count. I met Tricia at Coldwell Banker, we became fast friends having so much in common. Our families being most important being the most in common between us and our love of animals and nature. Tricia took me and my dog into her home for a few years which brought us even closer with friendship being like a sister to me. Tricia always had the biggest heart, putting others before herself. She loved doing crafts, plants and feeding the birds outside. She took pride in herself, always looking gorgeous when she went somewhere especially for work. She will be missed by everyone that had the pleasure of knowing her. She will always be in my heart. Missed forever until we meet again. Love you my best friend! 💕
My dad, Bill Sipple, used to work at Henlopen Condos with Tony. Around 1999-2000, he had to take me with him to work one weekend so I stayed in Tony and Trish’s condo with her. She asked if I wanted to watch the movie Twister. I agreed. I fell in love with the movie. Another weekend came and I had to come with him again. She watched me again and asked what I wanted to do. I said I wanted to watch the movie Twister again. Realizing how much I loved the movie, she gave me the dvd. I have watched that movie a thousand times. And because of my fascination with natural disasters, it grew into a career in emergency management. If it wasn’t for Trish, I wouldn’t be where I am today. Thank you Trish for turning a little boys dream into reality.
Going to Uncle Anthony's & Aunt Tricia's Condo In Rehobeth Beach whenever we came up north was always amazing. One time my brother & I were attacked by pigeons on the boardwalk for my funnel cake and aunt Tricia gave me more money to get another 😂 🫶🏼

Tricia was a wonderful woman and a very kind and thoughtful person. When my son Brent died (her grandson has his middle name), she was there for me and was so very loving and supportive. I am very distraught at the abrupt end her life, and cannot fathom the depth of sorrow that her family is feeling. Much love to all of her family. Diane S Thompson. 🌹💔🌹
