PAUL CLIFTON HOPKINS, JR's Obituary
Mr. Paul Clifton Hopkins, Jr. of Millsboro, DE passed away peacefully on Monday, June 29, 2015 at the Delaware Hospice Center. Paul was born in Lewes, DE on February 22, 1958 to the late Paul C. Hopkins, Sr. and Laura Snead Hopkins who survives him. In addition to his father, he is also preceded in death by a sister, Janice Mae Hopkins Tingle. He worked at Townsend's/ Mountaire for many years. He attended Sussex Central High School. He was a fun loving, outspoken man who enjoyed having a good time. Paul enjoyed watching TV and spending time with his family. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his longtime companion Patricia Miller, along with three sisters, Joan Hopkins-Milbourne and her husband Edward; Stephanie Hopkins and her friend Keith; Jacqueline Hopkins Williams and her husband Ivory; and one brother, Lonnie Hopkins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 4, 2015 at St. John's 2nd Baptist Church, 26602 Mt. Joy Road, Millsboro, DE 19966, where friends may call after 9:00 AM for viewing and visitation. Burial will take place at 10:00 AM on Monday, July 6, 2015 at the adjoining church Cemetery.
