Phylis D. Casey of Millsboro, DE passed away on Sunday, August 13, 2023, at Atlantic Shores Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was 75 years old.
She is survived by one daughter Michelle Henderson and her husband Joseph Henderson, Jr of Millsboro, DE; three younger brothers and one granddaughter Lauren Henderson of Millsboro, DE.
